Jonny Gomes $13. Other bids $7, $2, $1.
With Jay Bruce out, Gomes should play almost every day in the OF on the good side of the platoon against right-handers. He's got very good power with 20-25 HR potential (albeit with a low BA). He should definitely be picked up in all leagues where he's available, as Gomes could be one of the best non-trade FA pick-ups from this point forward.
Matt Latos $7. Other bids $5, $5, $4, $1, $1, $1.
I didn't get to see Latos pitch, but Brooks Baseball.net shows that Latos threw as hard as advertised, hitting 98 on the gun and sitting in the mid-90s for most of the day. The Padres had Latos on a strict pitch count, so he didn't stick around past the fourth, but I suspect that if he's up Latos is going to get stretched out somewhat as the year goes on. He's probably a better long-term pick-up for a non-contender, but Latos' ceiling is as high as just about any pitching prospect in the game, and should probably be bid upon more aggressively than the timid bids you see here.
Joe Beimel $3
New manager Jim Riggleman says that he's going to go with a closing committee in DC, but Beimel still only has one save all season and probably isn't the favorite for saves over Mike MacDougal. Still, MacDougal has been predictably awful so keep an eye on Beimel if you're truly desperate for saves.
Franklin Morales $1.
The one-time top Rockies pitching prospect is working out the pen right now for Colorado, offering value in deep leagues as a middle reliever. Morales has been more than a lefty specialist, so is worth nabbing in leagues that use middle relievers.
Brandon Moss $1.
Moss homered on Sunday in his second start Post All-Star break. With Garret Jones firmly entrenched in the Pirates OF at the moment, it looks like Moss will split time with Delwyn Young. Moss has power, but his 700 OPS and poor numbers against lefties make him a borderline play even in N.L.-only leagues right now.
Oscar Salazar $1.
Salazar was traded to the Padres today for Cla Meredith. Salazar might get some starts for the Padres, but will probably fit in more as a bench player just like he did in Baltimore. He has some pop, but is only 1B or CO eligible in most leagues. He'll need an injury in San Diego to have enough value to acquire.
Jamie Moyer $1.
Father Time hasn't just caught Jamie Moyer; he IS Jamie Moyer. Lame jokes aside, Moyer's actually been up and down all year and can still be played in match-ups. He's been much more of a flyball pitcher so far this year, which is bad news at the homer haven that is CBP and bad news given that Moyer's relying far more heavily on his low 80s fastball. Even on a good team, Moyer's a risky play if you're trolling for wins.
Mark DiFelice $1.
Speaking of pitchers who can't break glass, DiFelice continues to thrive with his incredibly off-speed and offbeat stuff in the Brewers bullpen. He has zero chance at getting any saves but must be owned if he keeps putting up these numbers.

no one bid on pedro? Or not eligible in that league this week?
Not eligible. Both leagues I track do not allow you to bid on a player until he's called up.
