A minor trade

Royals trade Andy Sisco to the White Sox for Ross Gload.

Since the Royals have a new GM, I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt this winter. But so far it's been real hard. I thought maybe the Royals were planning to platoon Gload with Shealy. However, Shealy has more upside than Gload (although Gload is only four years older)and has a severe reverse platoon differential anyway. I'm not a huge Sisco fan, but Gload is eminently replaceable and Sisco is the kind of guy the Royals need to develop. The paradox is that the Royals have a terrible track record of developing these guys.
